Jack Hems is a photographer based in London, UK.

He studied at Byam Shaw School of Art: Central St Martins, graduating in 2011.

In 2025, Jack's series Model Town was published in the Architectural Association's journal AA Files 82 .

Also in 2025, a photograph from his Gwynedd series was used for the cover of C.A.R.'s latest album Valonia.
